Operations Manager
(Sumatera Utara - MEDAN)
Responsibilities:
* Ensure daily operational efficiency by overseeing and close monitoring of the operational processes and workflow, market specific requirements /procedures and performance of various systems in company
* Monitor the process productivity to ensure quality targets are achieved.
* Effectively drive and manage change with strategic plan to achieve business goals.
* Liaison with relevant government bodies / local authorities; ie: customs, immigrations and vendors
* Responsible for resource planning, materials management, project scheduling and tracking, import / export matters, shipping documentations and other activities
* Continually develop systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of operations
* Work with quality assurance to identify any product or system deficiencies
Requirements:
* Possess Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business studies /Administration / Management, Marketing, Finance/ commerce or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Computer literate - MS Office.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Preferably with 3-5 years working experience in related industries
* Well verse of logistic operation and import/export/shipping operation.
* Ability to work independently and possess strong leadership skills, Multi-tasking, organizations development and communication skills.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Management or equivalent.
