EXECUTIVE CHEF/ KITCHEN CONTROLLER
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for setting high standards of food throughout the Hotel and
providing assistance and advice with regard to the planning and
effective utilization.
* Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of all kitchens.
* Oversees the work of the kitchen bridgate remaining fair and impartial
at all times.
* To be able to control and coordinate within kitchen / sections on the
overall operations.
* Able to relate to all staff and have good interaction skills.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in hotel management
* At least 35 years old or above
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in 4 star hotel
* Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management or equivalent.
