Job Description
* Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan to ensure the achievement of sales target
* Lead and influence team to new, higher levels of sales performance
* Monitor and analyze sales and market trends
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
* University Degree ( S1 ) from any discipline
* 5 – 8 years experience in sales with exposure to all sales area
* Expertise in managing customers, know the customer character, potential customer, strength of customer capital and able to create and maintain relationship with all customers
* Good understanding of the FMCG business
* Strong analytical skills
* Able to take decision and strong problem solving
* Strong leadership and negotiations skills
* Strong communication skills
