Customer Service /Marketing Executive
(Sumatera Barat - Indonesia - Medan)
Responsibilities:
* To assist the Retail Exe. in daily operation and administrative functions.
* To conduct stock check/count of products.
* To assist in handing operational matters and compile reports.
* To maintain records, handling enquiries calls and mails.
* To prepare letters, faxes, memo, agenda and minutes.
* To ensure confidentiality of all business information.
* To monitor and follow-up on product delivery process.
* To update daily Cash Reconciliation, Branch Transfer and Acknowledgement.
Requirements:
* Aged between 20-35 years old.
* Degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Able to work in a team, committed, self-motivated and independent.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Speak and write fluently in chinese,english and Indonesian.

We are looking for the qualified candidates with the strictly requirements are as follow:
1. A Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Management and Chemistry
2. Indonesian with good spoken and written English. Good in Mandarin will be an advantage.
3. 3–5 years of sales experience in oil & gas/ biofuel distribution organizations and within manufacture or transportation sectors.
4. Strong business contacts and relationships with targeted manufacturers & transportation sectors.
5. Good track record in developing business and winning new accounts in the Indonesian market.
6. Results- and customer-oriented attitude, able to work independently and the drive to succeed.
7. Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be self-motivated.
8. Willing to be located in Jakarta, Medan and Pekanbaru.
